WE WERE ALL ONCE BABY EVELYN

Babies yanked from their mothers arms just so others can become parents. Nothing's new.

Most mothers never had and never will have a clue about what they're getting themselves into when it comes to adoption. How could they know? How many adoptees have the first idea that they are being discriminated against? That their human rights have been squashed?

All adoptees had a mother just like or similar to Stephanie. The circumstances vary with each adoptee's story, but the outcome was/is the same.

Stephanie's story is no different than the adoptions of the last 100 years. Stephanie, however, has one thing that our mothers did not have, which is people in her corner who know that taking babies from mothers and families is criminal....and what adoption is really about. In this situation the bad guys are lookin' pretty bad, and the good guys are loud and strong and not willing to give up the fight.

Nah....no one did that for our mothers.  Even with world-wide support and people screaming injustice, the adoption industry still ignores us - they still have the power. Our mothers never stood a chance at keeping us. Baby Evelyn, though, just might get to be with her family and people.

We did the PayPal thing in our house because we're lazy about getting to the post office.
