DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT PRESIDENT BUSH, NANCY POLOSI, HILLARY, OBAMA, EDWARDS OR ANY OF THE PEOPLE IN POWER THINK ABOUT OPEN RECORDS FOR ADOPTEES OR ADOPTEES FOR THAT MATTER? HAVE THEY EVER MENTIONED THE ADOPTEE BILL OF RIGHTS EVEN ONCE IN PUBLIC? HAS ANYONE IN THE MEDIA EVER ASKED ONE OF THEM? NOOOOOO! IT IS A  NON-ISSUE TO THEM.THEY NEVER ADOPTED...IF ALL ADOPTEES WOULD NOT VOTE FOR A PERSON UNLESS THEY WERE FOR OPEN RECORDS, OR OPEN ADOPTIONS OR WHATEVER WE THE ADULT ADOPTEES NEED AND WANT.. THEN THEY WOULDN'T GET ELECTED...RIGHT?Huh?  BUT HEY..I AM SURE THEY THINK TO THEMSELVES..LET'S NOT OPEN THAT CAN OF WORMS...AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT AT ALL....SO IT IS BUSINESS AS USUAL.....

I don't know about the others but Bush is a big adoption supporter.  I'm sure he'd never dream of opening records, it's all about the ap's and keeping women back in the 18th century with no rights.  Fat chance in hell of getting anything out of our fuckstick president. Evil

Yeh, I have to say I agree with you Melinda. While there have been some presidents I've liked more than others - in my opinion they are all thieves and liars. They say what they think they have to say to be elected and then once in office all that talk about healthcare reform, improving public education and anything else worthwhile is out the window.

Most people are pro-life....the anit-abortionists started that one.... I am pro-life, and  pro-choice. Pro- life, to me, doesn't have anything to do with abortion.

Because I don't want people to die - I am pro-life. If someone believes in abortion, does that mean they are not pro-life?

Late dis is right, it's not a big enough issue to be addressed in elections.  The thing is the change ain't going to come from there anyway.  Adoption is very much a states issue.  Look more at your governors and state congressmen.

Let's face it we are **** out of luck at the fed level.  It's not an executive issue, we don't have enough money to get congress interested and the chief justice has two adoptive children.  It's a long cold winter for us in Washington folks.

Vote Quimby!

I know for a fact the Shrub has walked into the state legislature when they were voting on open records and said he would veto the bill.  He, his wife, and his mother are all on the board of Gladney.  Bush hates adoptees.
