Oh **** Melinda - I'm sorry - we weren't trying to belittle your feelings - I'm so sorry.   
We just joke around too much - cause it's our outlet.
Please know that we weren't aiming it at you.
I'm so sorry that you didn't get to have a reunion.
My b-family are keeping me at arms length - it's been 2 years now - and it **** hurts.
(sometimes I think a total '****-off' from them may have been easier/less painful)
Please know we were not trying to sass you.
