I had a simliar thought recently Joy but instead of targetting MHPs I thought about targetting the general public. Flyerss, CDs (like those annoying AOL ones we all get in the mail, etc.). Instead of chinese menus on our cars at malls and parking lots, how about some adoption reform literature?

I have a coworker who has a child with Downs Syndrome. In the area he lived, he struggled with educating the school system, public, etc. to a Downs child. He and a group of parents produced a rather rough video that they then distributed to librarys, schools, coffee shops, etc. It was wildly successful. Major grassroots effort that really took off.

It wouldnt have to be fancy...a bunch of videos (everyone has a camera that can record..just look at youtube). OR flyers or cards, brochures, etc.

Its a thought.
